Ski trip to Foppolo

The Italian village of Foppolo is a renowned snow-sure ski resort – an absolutely ideal school ski trip destination for beginners and intermediates in particular. Most of the skiing is above the trees on wide uncrowded slopes and the lift pass, which includes Carona as well, covers 70km of varied pistes. The friendly purpose-built village has shops, restaurants and plenty of après-ski options.

The Skiing

Foppolo is one of the smaller ski resorts in Italy but, together with Carona which is also included on the pass, still has direct access to 70km of piste with a range of slopes particularly suited to beginners. With skiing above 2000m, snow cover is virtually guaranteed, and it is usually possible to ski all the way down into the town.

Après-Ski

There is a range of leisure facilities including an ice-skating rink, disco, a spa, and plenty of shops, bars and pizza restaurants.
