La Thuile is situated at an altitude of 1450 metres on the Italian side of the Mont Blanc mountain range. It's one of the most famous resorts in the fabulous Aosta Valley. With links over the border to La Rosiere, our school ski groups can enjoy skiing in France from here as well.

The Skiing

Combined with La Rosiere, La Thuile offers more than 150km of slopes in Italy and France offering diversity and choice to skiers of all levels and abilities. There are loads of challenging red and black runs to enjoy, while the blue runs from the top of the gondolas are perfect for beginners.

Après-Ski

The hotel has an extensive range of facilities including a fitness centre and swimming pool. There is a natural ice skating rink in the centre of the town as well as shops and bars – all within walking distance from your hotel.

Hotel Planibel

The 4 star Hotel Planibel is located in a superb position in La Thuile, just a short walk from the bottom of the ski lifts and the meeting point for the ski school. With fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and a ski in, ski out option, the hotel complex also has an extensive range of facilities including a large ski room, restaurant, fitness centre and swimming pools.
