RCD Espanyol

In the heart of the Catalan capital, RCD Espanyol is the second football club of the city of Barcelona. Not as famous as Barca of course, but with a great reputation for developing home grown football talent, RCD Espanyol continue to hold their own in the Primera Liga. Espanyol's Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque football training ground is located in the heart of the city. All their teams are based here from the first team to the boys and girls football Academy team squads.

The Football Package

Your football tour programme to RCD Espanyol includes professional coaching sessions with Academy staff at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque Academy complex in Barcelona and are a fantastic introduction to Spanish football and an awesome opportunity for touring teams. The coaching sessions with RC Espanyol academy staff in Barcelona each lasts 90 minutes. Use of the academy complex including grass and all-weather facilities, balls, cones and accessories; friendly matches against local Spanish opposition to suit your level; 3 or more nights accommodation and local transfers as required. English/Spanish speaking local representation. Behind the scenes tour of the RCDE Stadium and/or entry to the Nou Camp stadium and museum.

Hotel accommodation

There are various accommodation possibilities to suit your budget, all well located for your football training in the city. We use a selection of 3 star hotels in rooms for 3-4 persons in popular resorts along the coast including Castelldefels, Salou and Lloret de Mar (all within about an hour or so of the city). Alternatively, there are some excellent hostels in the city itself - well located for the football arrangements on your tour.
